Your FreshFlo technician will show up in a branded car and uniform.

Before your appointment, please remove any wall hangings and furniture from around and under your heat pump and clear a path to the exterior unit. Our Technicians will require access to water (hose or kitchen/bath tap) and a drain (toilet, sink or tub).

The tech will bring in their equipment (high rpessure washer, ladder, protective equipment, buckets, etc.) and get to work.

Your professional heat pump cleaning process includes:

​

• Unit power shut off (not your whole house)

• Remove filters 

• Hook up water collection system to protect wall and floors

• Spray coils, blades, and internal components with antibacterial, non-acidic cleaner

• Rinse with reduced-pressure power washer

• Inspect internal components. Repeat cleaning steps as required.

• Remove protection equipment

• Inspect, sanitize, and rinse exterior condenser unit

Payment is made at the time of appointment or while booking online. We accept debit, credit and exact cash (our technicians do not carry change).
